Where is my order?

If you want to find out where your order is, the best place to check is via the order tracking page (see instructions below)

To track the progress of your order with us, you'll just need 2 things:

1. Your order number. If you search your email inbox for "Polishey" you'll find an order confirmation email that includes your order number.

2. Your email address

Once you have these, click here to go to our tracking page and input them both.If it's been 10 days and the tracking hasn't made progress at all, please reach out to us. Hope this helps💕

Once your order is with the shipping company and you have a tracking number, we only have the same amount of information as you do in regards to it's status.

Please note orders may take up to 10 working days to arrive.

If the shipping company fails to deliver or loses your parcel, we will ship another one to you 100% guaranteed!💕

Where are my free gifts?

Any physical free gifts such as nail stickers will be packed and included with your order.

For any digital gifts (including video tutorials, guides, ebooks) they will be sent along with your order confirmation email.

To find your digital gifts, you can search your email inbox for "Polishey" or "Polishey gifts".

That email will contain access to your gifts!💕

When will your colours restock?

Customer support doesn't have direct access to stock levels, but we usually restock regularly.

If you see a colour you want is out of stock, if you check back in a few days it should be back in stock!💕
